Flying to Chicago tomorrow morning for the weekend.
Going with the GF, what should we do? Note, we have a rental car and AirBnB is a few block from Millennium Park (her company paid for the trip!)
Good food spots, both casual and fine, that we can realistically get a table at? Comedy clubs? Like all white girls, she loves the shit out of brunch, where to get avocado toast and mimosas for dayyys, which I can also get a standard eggs and bacon?

Deep dish (Giordanos?)
Goose Island
River walk and lunch
Lincoln Park
Navy Pier

If you like tacos, go to Big Star.
Violet Hour is basically across the street and has probably my favorite “craft cocktail” scene of any city I’ve ever been to.
I’d say Nookies or Publican for brunch.
I’ve never had a bad experience at any of the comedy clubs, just look them up and see who has a show that interests you the most - some will be doing stand up nights, improv, or scripted shows...
Lincoln Park Zoo is also pretty fun to wander around, just because it’s a pretty cool zoo in a city, which isn’t exactly common.
I could go on for awhile - but I won’t.

To add, Lincoln Park Zoo is free admission. Parking on the other hand costs an arm and your firstborn child.

For comedy, Second City is hands down the best.
And Lou Malnati’s is better than Giordano’s in my opinion. Beer-wise, Lagunintas is a great time if you go for a tasting tour.

Hit The Berghoff. The whole pizza thing is kind of played out.
